My name is Mercy Emoghene, and I am a student with a growing interest in technology and digital media. I enjoy learning how technology works and the beauty it gives to the online space.
Currently, I work as a Support Worker at New Directions. In this role, I support individuals with daily activities and assist them in achieving their personal goals.
Alongside my work, I am also a student in the New Media Design Program at Louis Riel Arts & Technology Centre.
I completed my high school education at Command Day Secondary School, located in Ikeja, Lagos, Nigeria. During this time, I learned important skills such as discipline and responsibility.
I regularly use computers and digital devices for my school, work, and personal tasks. I am comfortable using technology to communicate, organize information, and complete assignments.
I volunteered at Brandon Regional Health Centre, where I assisted at the information desk and interacted with visitors. I also worked as a cook at Gondola Pizza Restaurant, which helped me develop teamwork, time management, and customer service skills.
